Tangela this post is as always, hilarious, and I can only imagine how it must be trying to stay home with the kids while they are out of school! You have done an amazing job this summer and I am sure when they are back at school you will be doing the happy dance all around your webcam (make sure to tape that) when the house is quiet. I have enough on my plate keeping our dog happy, and you have convinced me (as if I wasn’t already) that the beautiful miracle of motherhood can wait for another few years… Sending Hugs and deep Breaths, see you at Happy Hour one of these days

I SO, SO, SO know that feeling! Total empathy sister. I have 5 kids – thank the Lord they are pretty well grown-up now so I’m not fishing sandwiches out of the video or slipping in some turd that they’ve done straight outside the back door or trying to do the heimlich manouerve on a toddler who has just ingested an entire satsuma which is now stuck at the top of their windpipe and turning them blue, whilst driving down a motorway at high speed.

These days my kids give me different stress. I’m not even going to bother to give you the details…..you’ve probably already guessed!

Great post, I really enjoyed reading it.
